In 2007 Andromeda Recordings was created to give artists in the EDM (Electronic Dance Music) field a home for their talent. We found there were so many producers trying to find a record label that was willing to take a chance and give them an outlet to grow and to be heard with little to no success. On August 13th, 2007 "Andromeda Rising" featuring Peakafeller, Hi-Volume, Da Others, Alex Armes, and Fuze was released. As time went on more and more artists found a home at Andromeda and we were in danger of saturating the market, so the only solution to that dilemma was to start another label.
Elliptical Recordings was created in 2009 and released primarily the Trance and Progressive genres, while Andromeda shifted focus mainly to House and Chill releases. But the gates were still bursting with new talent and everyone with a 140 BPM in their hearts wanted to be heard, so we moved our long time artists to Dilaryn Records and once again gave more artists a chance to get their music to the masses.
In the grand scheme of things everyone wants to make a ton of money, buy a fancy car, and play to arena filled audiences, but that's not a practical mentality to have when you have hundreds of digital download sites sharing music from every country for free. We're not doing this to get rich, we're doing it because everyone deserves the chance to be heard, and someone needed to help that happen for them.
Andromeda, Elliptical, and DIlaryn are all here to distribute the music, design the cover art, send the tracks to DJs in our promotional pool, create a video to help promote your track, but the rest is up to you. We're not your agent we're here to help you share your music. If you want to become a millionaire, start promoting yourself, start playing your own music, and don't wait for someone to make you famous. It's all up to you, we're just here to help you get heard.
